I grew up moving all around the snow belt: Buffalo, Detroit, Schenectady (NY), Milwaukee, Rochester, Sodus Bay (NY) and Durham NH. Map it out, it’s literally the entire snow belt! So even though Crank Sports is now based in Oceanside CA where I can train year round without freezing my rear end off, I do have a strong appreciation for all of you that are beginning the next several months of brutal weather training.
