An arson investigation has resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Watsonville transient. The suspect, Elio Ortega, was arrested after officers were dispatched to the 200 block of E. Lake Avenue for a report of a man lighting a fire near a building late last week. That small fire caused no property damage. Just days before that (April 10), the suspect was caught on camera setting a motorhome on fire in the area of Beach Street and Rodriguez Street. The flames were quickly extinguished by our nea
