What do you or your catcher do between innings? Just go through the motions or work on something? Knee down set up and throw like in the video? Traditional set up and work on replace? Throw from the knees? Some catchers will even make a throw to third... I say it all the time... there is nothing wrong with a one hop throw. A low “bad throw” is better than a high one. Your infielder can only jump so high but if you bounce it, they still have a chance to make a play. Get rid of the ball quickly, put it near the bag and you’ll have some success.
